One man, two personalities - and one of them is a uncontrollable killer. There's nothing for him but a sanitarium or lifelong incarceration, at least until he meets a man who nearly lost his life to a killer much like his alter ego.   

The two meet as bitter enemies. Terrible things are said and done. Things that can't--shouldn't--be forgiven or forgotten. And despite it all, their relationship takes a turn no one else could ever understand.

And neither of them knows if it will kill them or save them.
